By creating an account or using DesignsLab AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
DesignsLab AI is an AI-assisted design tool that generates exhibition booth, event, and display stand concepts from a description, dimensions, and brand assets you provide. Generated concepts are creative starting points — see Section 8 (Disclaimers) for what that does and doesn't mean.
The Service is currently available on a trial basis with access granted after account review. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
Paid tiers are one-time purchases of a fixed number of project credits, not a recurring subscription — see the Pricing page for current tiers. Purchased credits don't expire and aren't tied to a billing cycle. If a project fails to generate due to a technical fault on our side, the credit used for that attempt is restored. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case; purchasing a tier doesn't guarantee a refund if you simply change your mind after using credits.
You agree not to use the Service to:
As between you and DesignsLab AI, you own the output you generate using your own project credits, and may use it for your own business purposes (client presentations, further development, fabrication planning, etc.), subject to Section 8 below. DesignsLab AI and its licensors retain all rights to the underlying software, models, prompts, and engineering that produce that output. You're responsible for confirming you have the rights to any logo, image, or brand asset you upload.
Generating a design involves sending your project description, dimensions, and any uploaded images to third-party AI providers for processing. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on what's sent and why.
Generated designs are conceptual visualizations, not engineering drawings, structural calculations, or fabrication-ready documents. Before building anything based on a generated concept, have it reviewed by a qualified architect, structural engineer, or exhibition contractor for compliance with local building codes, venue regulations, and fire safety requirements. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignsLab AI and DMR Arabia won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses related to a design that was built without the professional review described in Section 8.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including the Acceptable Use section above.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
