• How you found us: when you create an account, we record how you first arrived at the site (for example an ad, a search engine, another website or a direct visit) and the page you landed on, so we can understand which marketing works (see our Cookie Policy).
• Newsletter: when you create an account, your name and email are added to the contact list we keep with our email service provider. If you ticked "Send me product news", you receive our newsletter and can unsubscribe at any time from any email; if you did not, you are kept only as a non-marketing contact and receive no newsletters.

Generating a design concept requires sending your project description, dimensions, and any uploaded images to third-party AI providers (for text and image generation). We don't control those providers' independent retention practices, so avoid uploading anything you wouldn't want processed by an external AI service.

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active, so you can revisit past projects. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us using the details below.
